The simple things in life - Tomatoes
Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. Being in Valencia last month I was served a verry simple but delicious spread.
To make it You only need tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper and a grater, of course.
You grate the tomatoes and add olive oil (depending on the tomatoesize one to two tablespoons of oil) and salt and paper as You like.
It´s as simple and fast as this and so delicious.
It comes best with toasted bread or beguette, the so called "tostadas".
Just give it a try and enjoy!
