Ceviche sardine on Margarita Island
Hello everyone, a few days ago I had the pleasure of trying for the first time an original sardine ceviche, thanks to the invitation of a couple of good friends. Fillets of fresh sardine mixed with purple onion, parsley, paprika, celeri, sweet chilli and of course lots of lemon juice, with a touch of orange; accompanied by pieces of an excellent toasted cassava. I was pleasantly surprised by the great flavors that I enjoyed. Thanks guys!
