Hello Steemians and followers,

Today i have reached more than 100 followers, and I am very happy to be part of this amazing community.
Thank you my friends for the support, I really appreciate all of you.
I want to use this opportunity to share with you a special recipe and support some of you with free SBD Giveaway.
In the first part of this post there is the recipe (En./Ita.) and at the end of the post you can find the rules to win 0.5 SBD.

  • Spaghetti carbonara recipe - (En)

Ingredients (for 2 person):
Pork belly 90g
Egg large 1
Parmesan 50g
Onion 1/2
Spaghetti 180g
Parsley
Pepper
Oil
Salt

Preparation:
1)Put a large saucepan of water on to boil. Add salt when it boiling.

2)Chopped the onion and put it in the pan with oil. Leave to cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.

3)Meanwhile, cut the pork belly and put it in the pan with the onion.Leave to cook.

4)Add the spaghetti to the boiling water. Leave to cook for the time indicated in the package.

5)Cut parsley.

6)Beat the egg in a medium bowl with the cut parsley, Parmesan, pepper and a little of salt.

7)Before drain the pasta take with a bowl a little of hot water.

8)Put the pasta in the pan with the pork belly and the onion and stir. Add a little of cooking water that you have taken. Leave to cook for 1 minute

9)Remove the pot from the heat and add the egg mixture. Stir it quickly.

10)Your spaghetti carbonara is ready to be eat. Enjoy your meal

  • Spaghetti alla carbonara ricetta - (Ita)

Ingredienti (per 2 persone):
Bacon/guanciale 80g
Uova grande 1
Parmigiano 50g
Mezza cipolla
Spaghetti 180g
Prezzemolo
Pepe
Olio
Sale

Preparazione:
1)In una pentola portate a ebollizione l'acqua. Quando bolle mettete il sale.

2)Tagliate finemente mezza cipolla e mettetela in una padella con un filo d'olio. Sfumate con il vino bianco e lasciate cuocere per 5 minuti. Mescolate spesso per evitare che si bruci.

3)Nel frattempo tagliate a quadratini la pancetta/guanciale. Quando avrete finito, mettetela nella padella con la cipolla. Lasciate cuocere.

4)Quando l'acqua bolle, mettete la pasta per il tempo indicato nella confezione.

5)Tagliate il prezzemolo.

6)In una ciotola sbattete l'uovo. Aggiungete il prezzemolo, il grana, un po' di pepe e il sale. Infine mischiate.

7)Prima di scolare la pasta, prendete con una tazzina un po' d'acqua di cottura.

8)Versate la pasta nella padella con la pancetta/guanciale e la cipolla e mescolate. Aggiungete un po' d'acqua di cottura e lasciate cuocere per almeno un altro minuto.

9)Togliete la pentola dal fuoco e aggiungete la miscela con le uova. Mescolate velocemente.

10)I vostri spaghetti alla carbonara sono pronti. Buon appetito.

Yes, i did. But trust me is better with onion
