If You Think Avocados are Awesome, You Must Try This Avocado Chocolate Tart! (ORIGINAL RECIPE + PHOTOS)

There are no doubts that our creativity is most stimulated when our resources are lower than usual. For example, when there are too many products you just can not eat. This is how my project on Instagram @atviras_saldytuvas started.

Since my country is under quarantine, and most probably, yours too, I thought to share this awesome recipe. So, if you are an avocado lover like me, brace yourself because awesomeness awaits you!

Ingredients:

for the crust:
100g shredded coconut
70 g dates

for the filling:
100 ml thick coconut milk
200g avocado
40g sweetener
40g cacao powder
20g coconut oil
40g dark chocolate
a hint of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. blend all the ingredients for the crust with a food processor.
2. put the mixture in a tart tin and press down evenly.
3. combine all the ingredients for the filling in a food processor and process until smooth. Do not forget to melt chocolate and coconut oil!
4. pour the mixture in the crust.
5. leave it in a fridge for a couple of hours.
