Hey lovely Steemians!

How are you guys doing? Did you have a good start into the new week? I spent all day hiking in nature yesterday and I filled up my batteries for this new and busy week.

This week's "best 5" post comes a bit late again, sorry for that! But I'll make it up to you by presenting you 5 SWEET and delicious vegan recipes! Since my feed is full of cakes and tarts these days I didn't include a single savory dish this week. But I guess that's okay for you 😛

1. Avocado Key Lime Pie Popsicles by @gringalicious

@gringalicious is one of the best recipe creators on this platform and I'm super happy to see that she increasingly shares fully plant-based recipes. Like this one for example. This refreshing summer dessert is not only vegan but also gluten and refined sugar free.

2. HEALTHY HOMEMADE VEGAN NUTELLA by @nina.ser

As a vegan you really don't have to miss out on ANYTHING - not even NUTELLA! For this cruelty free and healthy version of the chocolate spread you need only 5 simple ingredients. Check out the recipe by the talented @nina.ser here.

3. Chocolate-Summerberries-Cake by @pusteblume

Since it is berry season in Germany, for this weeks Steemit Iron Chef Competition @pusteblume created this deliciously looking chocolate berry cake. It looks like the perfect summer dessert for me, fruity, sweet, light and delicious. It is super easy to make, see for yourself here.

4. Veggie and Fruit Cake by @monika-homa

And here comes another fruity and delicious cake recipe. This one by the lovely @monika-homa is quite unusual because there's also veggies in it. Fint out what kind of veggies Monika uses here.

5. Berrytastic Semi-fredo by @celestialcow

Here you see @celestialcow's contribution to this week's Steemit Iron Chef Competition and SUPRPISEEE it also included berries! Since I'm a huge berry lover, I'm happy to share this creative piece of food art with you guys. It is a semi-fredo and I bookmarked this to try it soon. You find the easy instructions here.
