Roasted Garlic Lime Butter.

Ingredients:-

• 1/2 cup butter.

• 1 tsp lime juice.

• 1/2 tsp grated lime peel.

• 5 cloves.

• 5 garlic.
  
  Method:-

• Place butter in a blender. Blend on speed min.30 seconds.

• Add lime juice, lime peel, cloves, and garlic on speed until full smooth.

• Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to one week.

• Use as a spread for sandwiches, burgers, and steaks.
