Omelet in multiple ways
The omelet is a light, delicious, easy and fast preparation dish, so how can omelet mining be made in different ways?
Cheese omelette
Ingredients
A cup of cream cheese of any kind
4 eggs
Half teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Teaspoon butter
4 tablespoons hot water
How to prepare
Separate egg yolks from white
Add to the yolks the crisps and cheese in hot water with flipping with a quarter teaspoon salt
Separate the egg whites well with a quarter of a tablespoon of remaining salt until it rises but make sure that it does not freeze
Add the egg whites to the egg yolks and cheese carefully
Lightly stir from bottom to top until mixture mixes well
Put the butter in a pan and leave until it melts
Pour the egg mixture and leave until it takes a golden color slowly on a semi-quiet fire
Place in the oven under the grill until the face is cooked and take the same golden color
Spanish omelet
Ingredients
5 eggs scrambled
The onion is medium-thick and cut into half
15 sheets of spinach or more cut into quarters
Garlic cloves
1 or 2 tablespoons liquid milk
Oil or butter
black pepper
salt
Green peppers are small and cut into slices
Red pepper is small and cut into slices
Small potato chip cut into small squares
Large tomatoes cut into squares
How to prepare
Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and add the potatoes to the bottom without frying
After frying the potatoes add a little butter and add the mushrooms
Add onions, sweet peppers and garlic cloves after a minute
Finally add spinach leaves
The stirring is until the spinach leaves are withered but the color and the crisp are preserved
Beat the eggs and season with salt, black pepper, milk and tomatoes
The former vegetable mix is added and the ingredients are well beaten
In the same fryer add a little oil and a little butter and after heating the mixture is added omelet
After 2 minutes, the omelette is completely cooked
Transfer to the serving dish after making sure the omelette is ready
