[ITA-ENG] Frittelle di zucchine - Zucchini pancakes 🍴

Quando penso a delle frittelle mi vengono subito in mente le "frittelle di zucchine" che preparava mia madre, quindi non potevo che proporvi questa ricetta da me molto aprrezzata.
Questa ricetta oltre ad essere buonissima è anche molto versatile. Con la pastella che prepareremo si possono aggiungere qualsiasi ortaggio, ottenendo sempre ottimi e squisiti risultati.
Consiglio questa ricetta a chi piacciono molto le zucchine e dei fritti sfiziosi.
Queste frittelle possono essere gustate sia calde che fredde, ma l'ideale sono appena cotte perchè avranno una consistenza croccante davvero piacevole.

Zucchine - 3
Latte - 350 ml
Farina - 300 gr
Uovo - 1
Aglio - 2 spicchi
Prezzemolo - q.b.
Pecorino romano - 100 gr
Sale -q.b
Olio per friggere - 700 ml

1️⃣ Con una mandolina tagliamo molto finemente a rondelle le zucchine.
Versiamo tutte le zucchine tagliate in una scodella e aggiungiamo il sale.
Lasciamole da parte per circa due ore, in modo che perdano la loro acqua di vegetazione.

We pour all the zucchini cut into a bowl and add salt.

2️⃣ Adesso prepariamo la pastella versando in una scodella la farina, il latte, l'uovo, il prezzemolo, il sale, il pecorino romano grattugiato e l'aglio tritato.
Amalgamiamo per bene il tutto fino ad ottenere una pastella piuttosto densa.

Mix everything together well until you get a rather thick batter.

3️⃣ Infine, riprendiamo le zucchine, che ormai avranno perso tutta l'acqua di vegetazione, strizziamole per bene con le mani o un canovaccio pulito e aggiungiamole nella pastella.
Amalgamiamo per bene il tutto e se vorrete ottenere delle frittelle super saporite vi consiglio di aspettare due ore circa o più prima di passare alla frittura. Altrimenti possiamo subito friggerle.
