Fried cakes

Hello, hello friends of steemit, I bring you a new recipe for fried cakes, 100% homemade, easy, fast and with very few ingredients. . 

  Ingredientes: 

-Four tablespoons of oil ) 

- A glass of hot water with salt..

 - Two cups of wheat flour (approximately 400 gr) 

- Cheese or meat or chicken or grains

   1) Heat the oil in a separate pot.   

   2) On the other hand, have the flour in a bowl, add the hot oil, beat first with a spoon and when the oil has cooled with your hands, until all the flour is like sand.  

 

   3) Make a kind of volcano with the flour and gradually incorporate the water in the container and knead it, as it will be necessary to add little by little mor. 

 

   4)Until a dough is as homogeneous as possible, cut into pieces and with a rolling pin start to stretch ...  

 

   5) When I have my dough sufficiently stretched, I take a cup or a round container to give me the shape, then I separate the circle 

   6) To this circle in one of the parties I add cheese (or whatever you want) and I close it, on the edges I assure with a fork ...  

   7) I put them to fry in a pan and when they are golden brown enough ... They are ready!
