Red shrimp with cheese and garlic.
The materials:
Argentine red shrimp
2 g of salt
Light soy sauce 5 g
2 grams of cheese
Mozzarella, 19 grams.
Cooking wine 9 g
16 grams of garlic
5 grams of olive oil
1.Unfreeze the Argentine red prawns, cut off the shrimps and prawns, cut off the back of the shrimps and remove the shrimps.
2.Remove the shell from the tail of the prawns and make the tail of the prawns on the plate.
Add a pinch of salt and wine to marinate for a while.
3.Use a Garlic press to crush the garlic.
