Dim Sum for Lunch Yesterday - Honolulu Hawaii

I had Dim Sum for lunch yesterday. This is one of my favorite foods. The interesting thing I noticed it that the restaurant only had one card going around for the steamed Dim Sum. I have been doing to this restaurant for years and this is the first time I have only seen one cart. Either the other one was broken or they are cutting back on staff.
