Back in my kitchen baking while baby plays next to me with my pots and pans! Elephant themed baby birthday party! Classic strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting. Im sharing my recipe for the cream cheese frosting as it is so simple, yummy and a go-to for almost any cake flavor.

Cream Cheese Frosting
Yield - frosting for one 6" cake

  • 8oz unsalted butter
  • 8oz Powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 8oz Cream cheese
  • 1g Sea salt

Use a mixer with a paddle attachment. Add the butter, powdered sugar and salt together, cream until there are no lumps of butter. Add the cream cheese and beat until fluffy.
