The Cannibal Restaurant in La: Fake news or reality?

I can't believe this news to be true. I don't want to, because if it's true it would be disgusting and terrifying at the same time.
It seems that there is a restaurant it La, in a very secret location that people can find only after being carefully verified by the owners, in which the menu is based on human meat. High cuisine for cannibals.
Obviously, the most important clients are all VIP, like Meryl Streep, Chelsea Clinton, Katy Perry e Anderson Cooper.
These names leaked from the restaurant website, that proudly declare those people don't nedd to reserve a table, for them it's always open!

The menu looks delicious:

Penne Pasta with Meat Sauce

A delicious meat sauce made from fresh heirloom tomatoes, served over multigrain penne noodles.

Sirloin Steak

A flame-broiled 8oz sirloin steak seasoned with fresh garlic, sautéed onions, and our in-house Worcestershire sauce.

Liver and Mushroom Pirozhi

A Russian version of pierogies, baked rather than boiled, with a savory filling of wild mushrooms and liver.

Placenta Lasagna

An otherwise traditional lasagna with one layer of cheese substituted by minced placenta in heirloom tomato sauce, seasoned with garlic, onion and oregano.

Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pies

A delectable pot pie in a genuine puff pastry crust with locally-grown vegetables and tender strips of meat.

Yummy Yummy, oh, wait a minute, maybe it's nausea what I feel, yeah, definitely nausea.

But the owner of the Club reassures the meat is high quality, it comes from young and healthy people who decide to donate their body to live in those who will eat it, in a spiritual cleaning through the cannibalism rite.
I swear, she says so. But she also says: "For some, this is a way to supplement life insurance and offset funerary expenses. For others, such as Cannibal Club member Gwendoline Fenwich, who was served to her friends and relatives at the Club in January of 2008, being prepared as a meal, and thereby reborn into the bodies of the living, is an attractive alternative to the more the traditional practices of burial and cremation."
So are they healthy and young or dead by illness? I don't get it

Anyway, there are a couple of things that really make me wonder:

1: It's illegal to eat human flesh. Just a little bit! The restaurant is opened since 2009, so how come nobody ever shut it down? It's impossible nobody noticed.
2: I had a restaurant and I want to think like when I was a chef. What about their supply?
How many seats do they have? Let's say it's a nice and warm place, with just 30 places available.
A chef should consider the possibility that most of the client order the same thing. For instance the sirloin steak. Or maybe it's a degustation menu, so everybody eats the same courses.
Let's make a quick count: 30 steaks means 2 sirloins per body, 15 deads each day! And you need a surplus in the fridge if someone asks for more.
Where do they get all those dead people from? Is it the walking dead maybe? Are they coming straight to the kitchen? And they should be even a little overweight, cause the stake is 8oz, not bad!
So come on, this must be a fake news, it has to. I really hope so.
Anyway, if you should be interested in trying, Katy Perry said in a radio interview, that she really loves human meat, it's delicious and tastes a little bit like pork. She can't eat another kind of meat anymore. Give the sight back to a blind man and he'll find the light!
Some people it's okay with the supermarket meat, someone wants the best, human flesh!
To know more about the restaurant you have to fill a contact module. The owners are so kind, they even added to their inquiry motivations the moral outrage. Just in case you get mad at them.

I know, this must be a joke, not a funny one, but still a joke, otherwise it would be horrible and really terrifying.
My rational mind can't even consider it to be true, but I think about all the people that disappear every day around the world without leaving any trace behind hem.
And I'm scared
