Mantanghong----A Chinese Restaurant Of Northeast Cuisine 满堂红老菜馆

Today I would like to share with you a restaurant named Mantanghong, which is a representative northeastern chinese cuisine. If you come here to eat local special cuisine, I think it's a good place. Because it is close to the Beiling Park , tourists can choose to have a dinner in here after they visit Beiling Park. Of course, there is a convenient parking place in front of it , usually in the daytime it is enough, after 5 p.m, basically not very enough. And there are many guest rooms.

大家好！今天给大家分享的这个餐厅是典型的东北菜，沈阳老菜馆，满堂红。如果有亲戚朋友来这里想吃当地特色菜，我觉得它家最合适哦。由于就在北陵附近，外地游客再逛完北陵后可以选择到这里吃，走几步就到了。而且这里还提供客房哦！ 如果是本地的，这里有免费停车场，一般白天都有位置，晚上5点以后基本就不太好停了。下面照片是前几天和朋友们一起来这里吃午餐时拍摄的。

We walked into the foyer, and it looks rather small, with soft sofa on the left for waiting area , and a big red menu of northeast speciality recommended by the chef on the right.

从正门进来，门厅处比较窄小，左边有沙发等候区，右边是主厨推荐的东北特色菜单。

There are some small gloomy photos with a wood frames displaying the the old look of Shenyang.

墙上挂着的是灰暗色彩的小方块照片，围着木制框子，这些都是老沈阳旧时的样子。

The following is West Tower, which is a place where many korean peoples, korean minority nationatitie of China, live there.

After walking into the hall, we fond that it is spacious and comfortable. these wood tables in the middle and the black wooden screen looked antique, quiet and elegant. Crystal chandeliers hung from the high ceiling, it looked beautiful and magnificent.

走进去后，豁然开朗，大厅宽敞舒适。中间的木桌和黑色木制的屏风显得古色古香，清静优雅。一串串的水晶吊灯高高的从天花板上垂下，显得华丽漂亮。

The ground was so clean and seemed glitter under the lights .

发亮的地砖，一尘不染。

I glanced quickly at the front of the hall, and fond that there were so many peoples and we had to go to the left area where
is long and narrow place separated by black screen , I felt very quiet in here, (I always love in this place where is quiet in the corner) So my friends and I sit down in here. The wood table didn't look very good, but the dishware is good seemed as white as polished jade against table.

我在大厅前面迅速扫了一眼，没有多少位置，于是转到左边被屏风隔开的又窄又长的地方，感觉这里很僻静，（我一向喜欢在这种靠边，或者安静的角落里吃饭，）于是和朋友就在这里坐了下来。餐桌看上去并不怎么出色，到显得桌上的餐具洁白如玉。

The waiter saw us sitting down, and brought out friendly their large, dark red exquisite menu for us to order. Each recipe contains a description of the nutrient value of the ingredients. Have to say, the amount of northeast food is really great, It would be economic to have dinner with many peoples . Now, let's have a look.

First, they presented a large pot of free, sugar-free, fresh ground soybean milk, which is very good and healthy! Bean products in here such as Soybean Milk, tofu, Dried tofu and so on are made by the restaurant, very delicious, which is also one of the characteristics of it. That's one of the reasons I love it.

服务生见我们坐下，非常友好的拿出他们大大的深红色的精致菜谱，供我们挑选。每种菜谱下面都有食材的营养价值描述。不得不说，东北菜量真的很大，人多来这里会非常的实惠。

首先呈上一大壶免费的无糖的现磨的豆浆，非常好喝又健康！这里的豆制品，豆浆，豆腐，豆干等等都是饭店自己制作，很好吃，也是特色之一。这也是我喜欢它家的原因之一吧。

Since the weather was so hot and we ordered some cold dishes. Cold vegetables with Abalone

由于夏天，我们点的基本都是凉拌菜。

润滑可口的捞拌鲍鱼，三个人每人一个 ：）。

cleaned well, cooked and sliced it. soak it in the vegetable large bowl before serving, taste is soft tender and fresh!

饭店处理得比较干净，切好薄片，直接放入上面的大碗中，浸泡一会儿就能吃了。吃起来滑嫩爽口，一点也不硬。

Cold Boneless Chicken Feet (there are cucumber, carrot, chili, pickled pepper and pickled garlic, I prefer the garlic)

凉拌脱骨凤爪（里面有泡椒，泡蒜，黄瓜，胡萝卜，辣椒。我比较喜欢吃那个绿绿酸酸的泡蒜）

spicy and hot, delicious ! 麻辣鲜香！

Spiced beef, the flavor is delicious, fresh, moderate. savoury and mellow. 味道香醇，咸淡适中的五香酱牛肉

Serve with the sauce if you like.
还有调好的酱汁，如果喜欢，可以搭配着吃。

Cold Black Fungus 凉拌黑木耳

The last is my favorite fresh Cold Celery Sprout With Black Dried Bean Curd. the tender sprout and the dried bean curd taste sweet and refreshing.

最后是我最爱吃的 清甜可口的芹苗拌黑豆干。嫩嫩的小芹苗，搭配着细细的豆腐丝，里面有一点麻辣的口感，不是很辣，因为辽菜基本辣味都很淡，特别爽口。

It is delicious servingwith rice.

搭配白米饭，就是很美味啦！主食这里基本有所有的面食，各种馅料的饺子，奶油花卷，各种小饼，面条之类的，如果不知道点什么，来份饺子也很不错的！

Before we left, I found out that there was a lovely parrot at the gate, and it can said, "welcome again!"! The voice was like a bit of man's voice, ha ha!

临走的时候，我才发现，门口居然还有一只可爱的小鹦鹉，还会说“欢迎再来” 呢！嗓音有点像男士的声音呢，哈哈！

In short, the food in here are the fresh rich material , we also eat with appetite and yet endless in aftertaste. Environment and services are very good, consumption per person is about 68 RMB, and finally I didn't forget to drink a small cup of bean milk , a delicious lunch is over. it is strongly recommended.
