Lemon Madeleine Cake 法式甜点--柠檬玛德琳蛋糕
Dear steemian friends:
French famous dessert Madeleine was originally a common home cooking dessert, because the French famous writer brought back his memories of taste about cakes , and wrote a great work, thus brought it to the stage of history.
The classic little lemon cake can be done for children in a holiday, also can be your good afternoon tea. It is round and its stomach is bulging, just like a small shell, so it is called the sexiest cake.
You don't need much time to bake it, easy to do and after adding the lemon zest, you can taste a sour sweet flavor, simple and delicious.

Ingredients:
- butter 100 g
- sugar 65 g
- egg 2
- cake flour 100 g
- baking powder 3 g
- lemon one
- milk 30 ml
- honey 10 g
- matcha powder 5 g
Method:
Place the butter in a small saucepan to melt it.
Add sugar, eggs in a large mixing bowl, stir and mix well.
Sift the dry flour(cake flour, baking powder)
Add the dry flour to another mixing bowl, and then take a lemon to zest, just for the top of layer.
add in honey, milk to the butter,mix well and then pour into the egg.
add flour to the liquid, stir well and place the batter in freezer for about one hour.
Place lemon juice in one bowl, Place matcha powder in another bowl and add in boiling water to melt it. stir well.
divided the batter into two parts, one is in lemon juice, the other is in matcha.
pour the batter into piping bag respectively
Pip them in a baking tray
Preheat the oven to 160 C, bake it for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

这款经典的柠檬小蛋糕可以在假日里做给小朋友们吃,也可以是你很好的下午茶点心。它圆圆胖胖的,像小贝壳一样,(也叫贝壳蛋糕,)被人们称作最性感的小蛋糕。不需要太多的时间,今天这个方子里加入了柠檬,酸酸甜甜的,简单又美味。绝对是你零失败的一款小蛋糕。周末有空就亲手给家人烹制吧。
原料:
黄油 100 g
砂糖 65 g
鸡蛋 2个
低筋面粉 100 g
泡打粉3 g
柠檬皮 少许
柠檬汁 少许
牛奶 30 ml
蜂蜜10 g
抹茶粉 3 g
做法:
100克黄油倒入小锅中融化
另一个大碗中加入白砂糖,加入2个鸡蛋,打发一下,
然后加入混合好的干粉(200g 面粉 加泡打粉)再加一点柠檬皮,只要表面黄色的部分,白色的会很苦。磨碎一点就好。
黄油中加入蜂蜜,加入60毫升牛奶,混合后加入鸡蛋液中,然后倒入面粉,混合搅拌好.
取两个碗,其中一个挤入柠檬汁少许,一个加入抹茶粉少许,抹茶粉用开水冲开,面糊分成两份,分别放入两个碗中。放入冰箱冷藏一会儿。
接下来把模具涂抹一层黄油,撒一些干粉,再倒掉多余的干粉.
面糊拿出来放入裱花袋中,挤入模具8分满。
烤箱预热160度,大约烤10分钟左右即可。我的是mini 模具,可根据自己家的实际情况挑战时间。
