Ingredients
Vegetables (today I used 1 broccoli, 2 zucchinis, 1 onion)
500 g boneless chicken meat
300 ml of coconut milk
2 teaspoons of curry powder
1 teaspoon of curcuma
1/3 teaspoon of chili
1 bunch of fresh coriander
olive oil
1 clove of garlic
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and chopped coriander.
- Fry the meat for a few minutes.
- Next, add the coconut milk and the rest of the vegetables.
- Now proceed with the spices and cook the meat and vegetables thoroughly. Done.
Now, enjoy this delicious meal solo or along with rice.
