Penang Road Famous Chendol

This week, I will introduce a famous dessert in Penang - Chendol.

Chendol - a dessert that consists of coconut milk, a worm-like jelly made from rice flour with green food colouring (usually derived from the pandan leaf), shaved ice, red beans and palm sugar (gula Melaka).

Personally, this is a must-try dessert for those who wished to visit Penang.
