Vegetarian Lasagne

Today, I’m gone show you how to make my vegan lasagna (If you want, you can also make it with meat)

My family, boyfriend and in-laws really like my lasagna. That’s why I want to show you guys how to make it.

Ingredients:
Sauce 1

  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Corn (or meat)
  • carrots
  • mushrooms
  • paprika

  • milk (1l)
  • cheese
  • butter
  • flour

Let’s start!

  • Sauce 1

You start by cleaning the vegetables. When they are clean you chop them into little pieces.

When it’s ready you take your spaghetti sauce (you can also use tomato sauce but I like it more with spaghetti sauce – I recommend the spaghetti sauce you like to eat yourself). And put it in a cooking pot. You start by adding the carrots because they are harder than the other vegetables.

when the carrots are a little softer, you can add the paprika and mushrooms. Let it cook.

When you feel they are almost ready, you can add the corn. Let it cook for a bit and it’s ready.

  • Sauce 2

To make this sauce you need to take butter for baking. The more butter, the more sauce you have. So, you take butter and put it in your cooking pot and let it melt. (I use about 100g)

Then you need to add flour. You can use a spoon for it. You add it to the butter and you mix it with a spoon. You do this until the butter and flour are a little ball.

Then you need to add milk. You can choose what kind of milk you like. You add a little milk and mix it with a whisk. In the beginning it will go quick so don’t burn your sauce ;) when you feel that the sauce is getting thick again, add some more milk. I always have 1l milk / sauce. When it doesn’t get thick, just wait. When your sauce gets warm, it gets thicker.

When your sauce is ready (not to thick and not to thin), you put your cooking pot off the stove. Then you take your cheese and add it to the sauce. It’s important that you do this away from the stove and that you use a spoon (not a whisk). you can add as much cheese as you like. I use 150g.

  • Casserole
    Then it’s time to make your casserole. This is how I fill my casserole:

  • Oven
    Then you can putt you lasagna in the oven, it’s ready when your happy with the cheese :D
