Diet progress

I know I said I would keep you posted but oh boy.. It has been crazy and I haven't even been online for some time 😔. I have been very consistent on the diet though.

This is my plan
Breakfast: bone broth, raw cows milk
Lunch: a protein and salad 🥗
Dinner: protein, complex carb and fats

I feel like I have lost 2 kgs but I'm not stepping on any scales yet..
