Cheesecake with chocolate
Today I made cheesecake with chocolate, it is very simple, quick and not very sweet, try it :)
This recipe comes in 12 pieces and takes about an hour.
CORPUS:
eggs - egg whites and yolks separately 4 pcs
sugar meal 4 tbsp
oil 1 tbsp
coarse flour 4 tbsp
baking powder 1 tsp
cocoa 1 tbsp
CARTRIDGE:
curd 750 g
butter 200 g
sugar meal to taste - max 200 g
GLAZE:
hot chocolate 60 g
butter 50 g
milk 1 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
Corpus - Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Separate the egg yolks, whisk the egg yolks with oil and sugar into an almost white foam with an electric beater. Next to the clean bowl, whisk the whites into a stiffer foam. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and cocoa into the yolk mixture, add the whites and flour to the spoon, and work well with the dough spatula. Create a compact, fluffy mass by swirling the spatula. Remove the cake form with baking paper, grease the sides. Bake approx. 15-20 minutes, test the skewer with a stick. Loosen the mold sides, carefully pull the body out of the bottom of the mold together with the baking paper. Let it cool perfectly, ideally on the grid.
Cartridge - Let the butter slowly dissolve, gradually whip into the curd, whisk also the sugar. Clamp the body back into the mold and top it off with curd cream.
Glaze - Dissolve the chocolates and butter in a water bath, pour in the milk and layer immediately on the curd. Put everything in the refrigerator to solidify (ideally overnight, for at least 2 hours).
After chilling, serve, you can decorate with fruits, flowers, you can give anything you like. Enjoy your meal!
