Tortilla wrap : Filipino style
Taking just a little extra time to make this flavorful ground beef makes all the difference in your homemade tacos!
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute garlic and onion first. Then add the chopped jalapeño and green bell pepper sliced. When you see that the onion is a bit brown, add mushroom and minced beef. Keep frying it til the beef and the mushroom is cooked. Then add 3 tsp of tomato puree. Bring to a simmer and cook until the moisture absorbs into the meat, wait about 5 minutes.
Place the tortillas in a dry (no oil) stainless steel skillet over medium heat and cook them for about 30 seconds on each side.
Put mayonnaise on the tortilla after warming it, place lettuce in, and the meat. Put grated cheese for better taste.
