The local (undomesticated) starting point of espresso is thought to have been Ethiopia. By the sixteenth century, it had achieved whatever remains of the Middle East, South India (Coorg), Persia, Turkey, Horn of Africa, and northern Africa. Cooking with coffee has moved toward becoming standard.
