오이타의 초강추 우동 맛집! The best noodle shop in Japan, Oita.

이곳은 제가 오이타 들를 때마다 꼭 가는 식당!
진짜 저의 힐링플레이스 >_<
동네 주민이 강추하는 맛집!!!!!
이곳의 대표 메뉴는 붓카케 우동!
이것말고도 규동이나, 다른 면종류 메뉴가 많습니당

This is the udon place where I go all the time whenever I visit Oita.
I used to visit this place whenever I was in a low mood but this udon made me happy all the time. 😊
This place might be not that famous for tourists but many locals recommend this place.
Their specialty is ぶかっけうどん Bukkake udon, but they also have lots of other dishes too.

붓카게 우동은 (삶은 우동에 다양한 고명을 얹고 다시를 조금 끼얹은 우동으로 생강, 파, 와사비 등을 기호에 따라 넣어 먹는다.)(출처: 네이버 지식백과) 라고 지식백과에 나와있네여!

Well, Bukkake udon is basically a cold noodle with broth and some toppings.

이 우동 안에는 날계란, 무즙, 돼지고기, 버섯튀김 등등 이 들어가 있습니당.
저 작은 병안에 있는 간장을 뿌려드시면 됩니다.
이 우동의 맛은 정말 ☆☆♧☆☆☆☆☆
맛있습니다.

Inside this udon, it has raw egg, boiled pork, fried mushroom, grind radish and etc.
You eat the noodle with the soy sauce in the jar. Just pour the sauce all over the noodle.
And it tastes soooooooo good.
I've been to quite a lot noodle shops before, but what made this place especially better was
they have various toppings which are super fresh and the combination of all these ingredients makes a good harmony.

처음 먹어봤을 때 첫 한입은 조금 생소한 맛이라 잉? 뭐지?
했는데 간장의 단맛과 따끈따끈한 버섯튀김과 적당한 지방기가 있는고기와 탱탱한 우동면의 조화는 정말
풜풱 인생의 진리입니다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
진짜 벳부ㅡ오이타 그 근처 여행오시는 분이라면
꼭꼭꼭 ☆☆☆☆☆ 먹어보시길 바래여!
저는 벌써 혼자서 여러번이나 갔답니다 ㅎ3ㅎ...(고독한 미식가)

생각보다 눈에 잘 안띄어서 찾기 힘들 수도 있어요!
오이타역에서 대략 걸어서 10분~15분 걸리는 것 같습니다.
주의 하셔야 될 것은

But it would be quite difficult to notice this place so use google map to find it.
It takes 10-15min from Oita station on foot.

오전 11시 부터 오후 2시 까지만 운영한다는점!
그리고 일요일은 휴무랍니다 ㅠㅠ

But the restaurant only opens at 11 am to 2 pm!
Also, it is closed on Sundays.
So please check opening hours carefully!

저는 이걸 몰라서 설레는 마음으로 학교마치고 전철타고 오이타역까지 가서 식당까지 뛰어갔는데
3시인데도 종업원분들이 마감 청소를 하고 계시더라구요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ흐엉 그러니 영업시간을 잘 확인해주세욥!
