MANGO JELLY
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Mangoes
- Species
- Sugar
- Maizina
PROCESS
STEP 1
We select the mangoes, we remove the shell to each one and we place them in a pot to take to the kitchen to boil.
STEP 2
Once we have boiled our mango we let it rest a little, and with the help of a spoon we take out the pulp, we process it in the blender and we strain little by little until all the lint is removed from the mango.
STEP 3
We put our pulp once cast in a pot to be cooked over low heat, in this step we will start adding sugar, clove species, and finally the corn to give us consistency.
STEP 4
