oops forgot to add stock recipe
To make 2 gallons of beef stock
3- 4 lbs. beef knuckle bones
2 cups onions cut in one inch pieces
1 cup carrots cut in one inch pieces
1 cup celery cut in one inch pieces
4 garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
4 parsley stems or 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper corns
Enough water to just cover the bones.
