Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tablespoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Method
Cut the paneer into 1 -1 inch pieces and prepare it. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in the pan and heat it. After heating the oil, add paneer pieces and mix them. Repeat the pieces of cottage cheese and remove it from 2 sides until golden brown.
Now put peas in the pan and cover for 2 minutes and cook on a low flame. Check them after 2 minutes, peas are softened, take them out in the bowl.
Grind tomatoes, green chilies, grind them with a mixer.
To make the gravy, add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and ginger paste in hot oil and fry them lightly, and now add tomatoes, green chili paste and red chilli powder and roast the spices till the oil starts flowing over the spices. .
Once the masala is roasted, add cream in it and stir the spices continuously and fry till it does not boil. When the spices get boiled, add 1 cup water and mix it, stirring the gravy again and again and stir until it starts boiling.
When the gravy boils, add salt, garam masala and finely chopped green coriander. Now put grated grated gram and peas in the gravy, mix all the things well.
Cover the vegetable and let it cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Check the vegetable, the vegetable is ready. Take it out in a bowl and decorate the green coriander from the top. Serve hot and roasted hot peas with vegetables, parathas, non-chapati or anyone.

After adding the cream in the spices, cook it continuously and if not, then the cream put in the gravy can burst.
According to the choice of gravy, dry fruits or mawa or light gravy can be made only by adding tomatoes, a little gram flour, or even with tomatoes and onions, a very good vegetable is formed.
