Traditional Tamil Kothu Roti!
The third photo is of the person actually chopping it. It is an interesting process, reminded me a lot of the chopped ice cream we were having in Thailand. The photo is blurry by demand. They wanted to capture the moment and the movement, and the photos taken with higher shutter speed just looked very still. This one looks a bit like Bruce Lee chopping his dinner so we went for that one.
The dish is quite spicy (Or maybe I find it spicy because I'm white) but tastes really good!To be honest I've been eating quite a bit of Tamil food since I came to the UK... it's everywhere! I was planning to go out in London today and take loads of photos around the parks and the more touristy central areas but the weather wasn't on my side. Unfortunately after a very hot and sunny weekend, today we had the usual cloudy rainy weather. Will go do that sometime next few days so stay tuned for my amateur photography! :)
I see you're one of the privileged few @george-topalov. Few people know the wonders of eating Tamil food. I had Banana bonda last year and it was awesome
There are a lot of places around here serving Tamil food. Some of my closer Frienda are Tamil aswell.
Spicy food is fire, I luv it. Even though I can't eat too much because my stomach is not the best for spicy food lol.
Haha you and me both!
And now you can go and eat there for free, that's dope :d

Hello friend, this dish is similar to the traditional Hallacas of Venezuela ... what a good dish, surely your friend will do very well in his new business, success for the
Looks very tasty but I have no idea what's in it just from looking at the photo
lol. Some mushroom and root vegetables maybe? Looking forward to your other pictures!
To be honest I am clueless too. Ground veggies sounds about right.
That looks tasty! I like spicy foods, as long as they have flavor to go with it. What all was in this dish? Aside from the banana-leaf "plate," I mean :-)
To be honest I am a bit clueless as to what is the meal made of.
Hello friend, how good that looks. the banana leaf give it a unique flavor and touch. I would recommend you to pass the banana leaves a little by fire and then add a little oil and make them look brighter and more beautiful. that's just for aesthetics. The leaves will look fresher
this food looks delicious 😋
