A Glass full of Energy # colorchallenge
For today's colorchallenge here is a recipe for green colored juice, which I always make for my son, when he sits for working at a stretch, without having time to eat in between!!..
Ingredients : (serves two)
Coriander leaves one bunch
Cumin seeds one tea spoon
Lemon juice(half lemon)
Honey 4 Table spoon.
Water 2 cups
(There is no need to add sugar. But if you want, you can add.)
Method of preparation
Take a mixie jar and add cleaned and chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, half cup of water and run the mixer till the leaves and cumin gets crushed properly. Transfer this to a small vessel, add the remaining 1.5 glasses of water and sieve to take out the pulp. Now add lemon juice and honey and stir well.
Wow!!.... It is really so tasty!!...
So this is a healthy, refreshing drink and when you feel tired it really works like an energy booster just like glucose!!. Within few minutes of drinking this, we feel more fresh and energetic!!. It is my personal experience...
This is my contribution for today's colorchallenge Thursday green by @kalemandra..... 😀
