How i fell in love with polish cheesecake

Some weeks ago me and my friend were in Gdansk, only for 2-3 days. And i defenitely fell in love with polish food... I wanna tell you about sernik, the fluffiest and soft cheesecake which i have ever ate. You can choose classic sernik, with chocolate, or with berries but result will be only one - pure love forever.
