THE curry puff in Kedah

Curry puff is a popular deep fried snack in Malaysia. This small bite-sized delicacy has a huge circle of advocators ranging from government Ministers (served during meetings tea break) till primary school children (in canteen)!

Types of curry puffs varies according to the puff's skin and ingredients. Usually, the more layered the puff's skin, the more crispy it will be. But what I'm about to introduce now...is a SIMPLE but SPECIAL single-layered sweet curry puff 😋 My childhood favourite ❤
