Pumpkin with mushrooms.
Composition:
Pumpkin – 500 gr.
Mushrooms – 250 gr.
Onions – 1 PC.
Carrot – 1 PC.
Herbes de Provence
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Pumpkin peeled, cut into medium dice, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasoning "Provence herbs". Fry in melted butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Mushrooms clean, chop, onion peeled, minced, carrots, peeled, cut into small cubes, fry in a separate pan for 15 minutes in butter.
3. Add the mushrooms, carrots and onions to the pumpkin, pour a little water, simmer on low heat under a lid for 25 minutes.
4. The dish is ready.
