How to make arepas
Arepas are a traditional food from Colombia, Venezuela and Panama.
To do it we will need the following ingredients.
2 cups corn flour 400 grams
350 ml of water, Although the amount depends on the brand of the flour
1 cup, Or 250 ml of milk- You can replace it with water
a teaspoon of salt
A spoonful of butter
The first thing is to put in a container the milk and the water, add salt and butter
Mix and while we do this we gradually add the corn flour, Integrated the flour we are going to start to knead with the help of the hand.
The dough should be dry nothing sticky.
We divide the mass and with the help of the hand we give to form of disc of about 10cm of diameter.

When the pan is hot, We make the arepas.
Cook 5 to 7 minutes each side.
