Pumpkin is one of the most wonderful autumn products!
Soups are made from it, baked cakes, muffins, pasta, desserts and so on.
This is the absolute favorite of the September and October cuisine.
Today is Monday and I cooked a healthy pumpkin soup. Prepare pumpkin soup puree according to this recipe - this is a simple, but the incredibly tasty dish, which, moreover, will charge you with good mood and well-being during dull autumn days.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin - 600 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Cream - 100 ml
Carrots - 1 pc.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Onions - 1 pc.
Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
Cooking:
All vegetables clean, wash and cut into cubes. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add pumpkin, onion, carrot, fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes, add ground ginger. Add water to vegetables, cook over low heat for another 20 minutes. Make a vegetable mash with a blender. Add crushed garlic, cream, salt to the soup, mix everything, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Pumpkin soup is ready. To taste, you can add crackers.
