Spicy grilled salmon with grilled chives

- A spoonful of fresh lemon juice
- One second teaspoon of coriander powder
- An eighth teaspoon of spice mix (Whatever type you used to be)
- Four Salmon fillets with skin
- Bake spray or a little oil
- Four lemon slices
Grilling Salmon Method
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Olive oil, one second teaspoon cumin powder, add a quarter teaspoon of salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower and shake well in the bowl to be completely soaked. Chop the cauliflower in a layer on the baking tray. Then cook for about 18 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the cauliflower, coriander, raisin and water juice in a bowl. Gently squeeze until all are smeared.
Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Take a second teaspoon of cumin remaining, add a second teaspoon of salt, coriander powder, and spice mix in a small bowl. Spice the mix on the fillets evenly. Place the fillets under the skin below on a frying pan coated with foil and coated with a spray or a little fatty oil. Cook for 10 minutes or until the fillets are completely cooked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve with cauliflower and lemon slices.
