Pumpkin Green with Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Powder

Preparing this meal is very simple because it does not require much material. The food you make does not have much carbohydrate and therefore has a lot of low calories. The zucchini is rich in fiber, and Parmesan cheese is also rich in protein and healthy fats, all of which means that calories do not make this food hungry. ingredients:

  1. One tablespoon of ext Virgin olive oil
  2. A tablespoon of chopped oregano or a second teaspoon of dried oregano
  3. A quarter teaspoon garlic powder
  4. A quarter teaspoon of salt
  5. A quarter teaspoon of chopped peppers
  6. Four small zucchini numbers
  7. A third cup of chopped Parmesan cheese

Recipes:

Heat the grill to a moderately high degree.

Combine oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Cut the squash with a knife. Cut two centimeters each, but do not put the pumpkin to the end and let it stay connected. Slowly slide between the slices to open the pumpkin, and then place between each slice of Parmesan cheese. Apply the oil-filled mixture to the squash.

Put the green squashes in two layers of foil and grill, do not rotate the squash, and let them cook until they have browned and softened. It takes about 16 to 18 minutes to cook squash.
