Burger Party Salad

We think of all the burgers with a thick, thick bread, which adds a lot of calories to this Sattvich. But today we have prepared a special cooking recipe. You can enjoy your burger without worrying about the amount of calories. In this recipe the bread is removed and added to the variety of vegetables. Vegetables are very rich in fiber, and fiber, in addition to being digested, also helps the digestive system to perform better. Meat is also the source of protein, and its full type. Maybe this salad does not look at the first glance, but protein and fiber do exactly what you feel.

ingredients:

  1. One second is a medium red onion
  2. A quarter cup of parsley chopped
  3. Three fourth teaspoon black pepper
  4. Eight teaspoons of salt
  5. A quarter teaspoon of red pepper powder

  7. Two cabbage garlic
  8. 170 grams of 90% calf meat
  9. 115 grams of grilled meat
  10. A big egg
  11. Bake spray or some oil
  12. A second cup of simple Greek yogurt
  13. One quarter cup of mayonnaise (preferably canola)
  14. Two tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  15. One second is a medium cucumber
  16. 140 g of cabbage leaves or lettuce leaves
  17. A tablespoon of olive oil
  18. An average tomato divided into eight parts

Heat the oven at high temperature

Divide the half bowl that you have into two. Place a half of the onion into the mixer. Add two tablespoons of parsley, a second teaspoon of black pepper, a second teaspoon of salt, red pepper, spice mix and garlic. Then mix them to mix well. Add lamb and egg and combine them all together.

Divide the meat into 8 equal brogers. Place the burgers on the baking tray and place in the oven for 6 minutes to make them.

Yogurt, mayonnaise, a tablespoon of lemon juice, two tablespoons remaining parsley, a quarter teaspoon of black pepper and one eighth teaspoon of salt tea. Grab the half of the cucumber that you have. Pour the grated cucumbers in our yogurt.

Combine cabbage leaves with lemon and lemon juice. Ring the cucumber and the remaining onion. Divide the cabbage mix between the four plates and place them on loaves, cucumbers and tomatoes. Place two burgers on each salad and then pour the sauce on each one.
