For sudden hunger we usually take snacks. But the snacks we take has to hygienic for our health. Or else, by taking the oily snacks, our hunger problem would be solve but health problem might occur on that place. So, if you know some hygienic snack recipes that usually take no or less oil then you can make those snacks by yourself at home. And my post is for you then. Let's see how you can make some healthier snacks with less oil.
Broccoli balls
Preparation time: 15 Minuits
Cooking time: 25 Minuits
Total time: 40 Minuits
Serve for: 6 people.
Materials or ingredients:
- One-half cup crushed broccoli
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Half cup finely crushed onion
- Half teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon mint leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon black round pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Cashew nut Powder
- 1 tablespoon east
- Salt appropriately
Procedure:
- Pre-hit the Oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour the onion lightly with the oil in the fringe pan.
- Cook crushed broccoli with salt until it gets boiled in a bowl. Turn off ignition when it is done.
- Mix well all the spices, breadcrumbs and cashew nut powder.
- Now make same size balls using hand.
- Bake for 25 minutes with baking tray.
- After 15 minutes, flip the balls on the tray and again bake for 10 minutes more.
- Well, the healthy broccoli balls are ready to serve.
