Simple Pecel
This is suitable to eat when we hungry as a substitute for rice because there rice cake. very simple to make it.
Recipe!
Ingredients :
Taste long beans
Toge taste
Taste of cabbage
Taste green vegetables
Cucumber taste
Tofu and tempeh (to taste)
Peanut sauce :
150 grams of peanuts
4 orange leaves
1/2 small brown sugar pieces
Enough salt and flavor (to taste)
Sufficient chili pepper
2 garlic clove
1 kencur segment
1 tablespoon water acid jawa
Water to taste
The steps :
Cut vegetables and then boiled in boiling water briefly. Immediately wash with cold water, let the vegetables stay green and fresh.
Peanuts, drain, then fry the garlic, chilli and lime leaves.
Blend all ingredients until smooth, add enough water, taste test (according to taste). add the crackers and boiled eggs on top of them if you want.
Vegetables pecel ready to serve.
