MISS SWEET CAKES
Material 1:
250 ml thick coconut milk
1 egg
80 gr sugar
140 gr of flour
material 2:
250 ml thick coconut milk
40 gr sugar
30 grams of cornstarch
green coloring / I use pandan juice juice.
a pinch of salt
material 3:
500 ml thick coconut milk
6 tablespoons of flour
a pinch of salt
Way:
Material 1: mixer sugar and eggs until thick. Then add coconut milk, flour gradually while in the mixer with low speed until even. Set aside
Ingredient 2: boil all ingredients over medium heat until steamy and thickened. Turn off. after it cools a little bit, add it gradually into the mixture 1 while in the mixer so that it is evenly mixed. Set aside
Ingredient 3: boil all ingredients with medium heat and stir until continue to steam and thicken. Turn off the heat while continuing to stir so that it doesn't grind. Pour in plastic ketchup bottles.
Prepare a trays mold thin with oil. Pour green dough 3/4. Then spray the white dough until it is full by the way the spout of the bottle is buried a little into the green mixture. Do it until it's finished.
Steam for 15 minutes. Don't forget to cover the liner with a napkin. Allow to cool to take it off
