Today I bring you a crispy but healthy dish, the mushrooms are widely used in traditional cuisine, very used in the vegan cuisine by presenting unique characteristics with which many recipes can be prepared. That's why I present you a delicious recipe of mushroom croquette. Ideal to share in the family or in some party that realizes in the comfort of its home.

♡ 1 liter of soya milk

♡ Soy sauce

The first step will be to prepare our filling, wash very well the onion and mushrooms, you will have two alternatives, you can use a food processor to chop the onion and mushrooms and the other form will be with your respective knife and table to chop and devote time to chop everything finely. We will notice how the mixture is thickening little by little, you must not stop moving the mixture but could stick to the bottom. In the final part what we will do is add a little soy sauce and a little vinegar.
