Pumpkin pancakes.
Composition
Pumpkin – 700 gr.
Chicken eggs – 2 PCs.
Flour – 3 tbsp
Salt – pinch.
Sugar to 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Pumpkin peel, grated.
2. Add salt, sugar, beat two eggs stir until smooth.
3. Add the flour and again mix everything carefully.
4. Heat the pan vegetable oil, with a tablespoon of the formed thin pancakes, put them on a heated pan and fry each side for about 2-3 minutes.
5. The dish is ready.
