Martabak adalah salah satu makanan yang dibuat dari campuran daging dan telur, yang biasanya dijual saat malam hari. Umumnya martabak disiapkan selagi hangat dengan acar dan cabe supaya rasanya jadi lebih enak dan gurih. Sendiri martabak dibagi menjadi 2 yakni; martabak manis atau biasa disebut terang bulan dan martabak telur. Pada dasarnya cara membuat martabak ini sangat mudah dan tak memerlukan banyak bahan, sehingga anda bisa mencoba membuatnya sendiri sebagai hidangan untuk keluarga tercinta.
