Pelar y picar patatas y hacer papas fritas tradicionales.

Luego de que hayan transcurrido unos 2 o 3 minutos, agrega el ajo picado, la salsa de soja, el vinagre y vuelve a poner la carne, revuelve bien, prueba y corrige la sal de ser necesario, agrega perejill bien picado y las papas fritas que hiciste anteriormente. Y si se desea se le agrega un chorrito de limon.
