Feta cheese or Lighvan cheese | 100 g |
Dried dill | 1 cup |

How to cook:
First, crush three cloves of garlic completely, according to the video, add a teaspoon of salt to it and mix thoroughly.
Pour a small amount of oil in the pan and add feta cheese or liqwan to it and fry it until it dissolves in the oil and at the same time add garlic to it and mix thoroughly.
Add salt, pepper and turmeric to the all-purpose flour and to the breadcrumbs separately.
Add one cup of dried dill that we have already prepared and mix enough.
In the last step, add 3 eggs to it and beat it until it is completely cooked and add salt and black pepper to it. Our cheese omelette is ready in about 15 minutes.
