The food I'm going to post today is Mie caluk. Mie caluk is the name of aceh community food for noodles in the fried. Material :
- 1/2 kg Noodles
- Pieces of mustard greens
- Pieces of tomatoes
- Leaf cabbage in the sliced
- Celery leaves and scallion on the sliced
Seasoning ingredients:
- 10 red peppers
- 3 onion cloves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 pieces of candlenuts
How to make :
- Prepare a cup of hot water, and input the noodles and wait for the noodles to become soft and ripe.
- Heat oil, and input the spice noodles that have been in the blender until fragrant.
- Put pieces of cabbage leaves and mustard into a seasoning stir and wait for a while.
- Put pieces of tomatoes into the spice mixture and add enough water into the stir, and add enough salt to taste.
