INGREDIENTS:

➜ a teaspoon of vanilla essence

➜ a spoonful of grated lemon peel

➜ some baking powder

➜ 130g of flour

➜ an egg

➜ 80 g of sugar

PREPARATION:

➊ The first thing we will do to prepare homemade cookies is to beat the egg together with the vanilla and sugar in a large bowl.

❷ then add the flour little by little together with the baking powder, it is important to stir everything well. After we have finished, we will let the homemade biscuit dough rest without butter for a few minutes.

❸ on top of a tray we will place baking paper and on top of it we will put the tablespoons of mixture with the lemon zest, which will then become our cookies. Leave a space between each cookie because its size will be enlarged.

❹ Bake for 12 minutes with the oven at 175 º and let them rest a few minutes before serving, remember that you can add other flavors to part of the vanilla or even small pieces of chocolate.
