Firstly, home cook meals are very healthy food.I assume that all of us should know this fact as it is the very basics.Home cook food contains fewer calories than outside food which make it healthier.Other than that, the ingredients used are still fresh and the ways of cooking also make it more healthy to consume.
Secondly, you can save up the cost by cooking at home.Eating in a restaurant every day would probably cost you more than your weekly grocery. All you ever need to spend the money on is daily or weekly grocery when you cook at home.
The following pros of home cook meal are that it allows you to have bonding time with family members.In this generation of technology, bonding time with family is crucial because we are always distracted and busy.For example, during meal time family members sit together around the dining table to consume the meal, by doing so, it allows them to communicate and knits the bond.
The cons of home cook food are that it requires a cooking skill.It is obvious that if you do not have the skill, you will be eating unappetizing food.Next, cooking a meal consume a lot of time.When u cook a family meal, it takes you up to an hour or two but you could finish up a meal in just a couple of minutes.
