IL POLPETONNE WITH TAGLIORINI IN BUTTER WITH SALVIA

Heeey steemities!

This is our first post and the first experience to be shared with you guys, so i hope you enjoy it!

Last night we went to a restaurant called Modern Mamma Osteria, which stays in the city of São Paulo - Brazil.

As you can see it should be tough to place our order, since every pasta dishes seemed delicious. (or because we could not understand the name of the dishes. Just kidding, hmm, maybe a little lol)

However, our friends had already shown that the Polpettone with pasta was the best, so we did not hesitated to order it.

Have a look at the foto shown below (obs: I swear to god that i am not a bad photographer):

Oh god, it was so delicious! So much tomato sauce... Polpetonne nicely crusty on the outside and tender internally with a creamy cheese in the middle. And yeah, much more tomato sauce...

Ok, so i think i do not need to describe that anymore.

Oh, and the pasta? Yeah, that was great too.
