This is a popular saying and some people might not really understand this. But I want to let you know that eating great meals have great impacts in your body.
For today, I want to recommended Soluble Fibre for you all. Examples of food I mean by soluble fiber are;
- Oats
- Beans
- Sweet Potatoes
- Avocados
- Vegetables
- Fruits
- Peanuts
- Soy beans
