Hello steemians, again here as I commented in the previous post I come with some new activities to perform, among them are preparing rich dishes and desserts to the Venezuelan, today I bring a step by step to make a rich Marquise of Chocolate and vanilla.
The first thing we are going to do is select the ingredients for this succulent cake, cake, cake, dessert, as you call it in your country, particularly I decided to make it a considerable size because for me it is a bad thing to make it small and stay with the desire to continue eating xD
INGREDIENTS:
. 2 Packets of sweet cookies (Maria Cookies in Venezuela)
. 2 Packages of cake templates (sponge cake)
. 200 grams of chocolate pudding powder.
. 200 grams of vanilla pudding powder.
. 1 liter of milk or failing 250 grams of milk powder.
. 250 grams of cornstarch
. 100 grams of rain colors.
Once we have all the ingredients, we will proceed step by step.
The first thing to do is prepare the puddings, pour in the blender for each flavor, a cup of water, a cup of powdered milk and a cup of cornstarch we proceed to liquefy. Then pour in a basin or saucepan and place over low heat until it boils and so we proceed to add the 200 grams of pudding (chocolate), it is very important to keep moving the mixture to avoid sticking and burn, we will see that it will begin to thicken until it reaches its point and there we will extinguish the fire and let it rest. (This same procedure applies to the vanilla pudding, the same amount) This is the only process where we will work with fire, since it is a cold cake and very easy to prepare.
After the pudding has settled, pour the milk into a large container to work more comfortably if served cold or at room temperature!
We select the mold where we will make the preparation, we remove the cookies and biscuits from their packaging for greater speed and we make a small measure to have the idea before introducing the cookies into the milk.
Once we have this step ready we will proceed to introduce the cookies in the milk, we must take care that they do not get too wet as they tend to break and we want to keep them as firm as possible. The Base is the most important must be strong because it is a layer cake.
Once we have the biscuit base, we proceed to pour the pudding mixture, this is your decision: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or the flavor that you prefer.
Here place the biscuits because they are thicker and give a softer and fluffy texture.
Once we have the first layer of sponge cake we cover it with pudding again.
and in this way we proceed as such until we reach the top of the mold.
I got 6 layers between biscuit, sponge cake and pudding, the last layer should be pudding as I already had little chocolate and vanilla I decided to mix them and believe me the flavor explosion was wonderful and I got a lighter and more beautiful chocolate color
To add a special and striking touch to the children, add the rain of colors and stay incredibly rich.
Once we have it ready we proceed to introduce it in the fridge, I can not stand it and I put it in the freezer or freezer, but they must be very careful so that it does not freeze I leave it for approximately 1 hour and a half and then lower it to the refrigerator another time more then I could not stand the temptation and my daughter did not hahaha either.
